[CCoE Notice] Lync phone training for Engineering

Good afternoon,

There will be a Lync phone training session hosted in the ECC (room W129A) for Tuesday, August 14th at 10A.M.  If you've already attended a Lync phone training and still have questions, you're welcome to attend this session as well.  The training session will be about one hour long, but may be longer if needed.  There are no signup sheets, so feel free to show up if you're able to make it.  Everyone is encouraged to attend this training session to gain familiarity with the Lync phones and software.

God afternoon,

UIT offers Lync phone training today at 1PM, and next week.  Please attend these training at least once to get a handle on how to use the new Lync phones.  If the Lync phone at your desk is already activated and is in service, you will need to attend this training sooner than later.

"today's 1pm class in Tech Commons.  There are definitely open seats in the class.

We have set aside Monday of this coming week for training Engineering.  There will be a 9am class and a 1pm class in Studio 2, room 11D in Tech Commons.  There are 16 seats in each class.  If necessary, we can add a 9am class on Tuesday."
