Dr. Rathindra Bose would like to request your assistance in identifying
faculty in your area that may be interested in developing collaborative
proposals for submission to NASA.****

This request stems from a recent meeting Dr. Bose had with Dr. Kamlesh
Lulla, Director of University Research, Collaborations and Partnership
Office, NASA Johnson Space Center. Dr. Bose had previously visited Dr.
Lulla at JSC.****

Upon receiving these names, the Division of Research will plan a half-day
event where these faculty can make presentations to NASA officials.****
