[CCoE Notice] UH IDC Rate Effective Immediately

All:

An official announcement will be coming shortly.....
However...here are the new IDC Rates for UH

9/1/11-8/31/12.... 49.5%
9/1/12-8/31/13... 50%
9/1/13-8/31/14.... 50.5%

Beyond 9/1/14 we are to assume 50.5%


We have been directed by the VP of Research that all proposals going out of
UH effective today 9/15/11 must have the new IDC rate.

We were informed of these changes on 9/14 at about 3pm or so...
