[CCoE Notice] Important Announcement: Payroll

Here are a couple of important announcements involving payroll:

 *   The employee portion of FICA payroll taxes will change from 4.2% to 6.2% effective 1/1/2012.
 *   The Biweekly paycheck B122011 will pay on January 2, 2012.
 *   The Monthly paycheck M123111 will pay on January 2, 2012.

Employees who get started on their income tax early will want to print their December 1st paycheck.  The 2011 year end totals change when the monthly finalizes on December 14, 2011.

This is a good opportunity to update information in P.A.S.S., especially addresses,  changes to W-4 information, and to opt to receive the W-2 online.
