Attached is our info for FY10... the characterization (ie energy) totals are
from the data provided by the respective department chairs... The "other"
category are for expenditures that do not fit in the designated areas...Our
total for FY10 is $18.8M... Our data source is UH RD2K based on the
home department of the PI......

For context, I offer the following..

FY 05-07 3 year average.. $11.5M
FY 06-08...$13.2M
FY 07-09... $15.8M
FY 08-10... $18.3M
