[CCoE Notice] Upcoming Proposal Submissions: University Holiday Season Approaching

 CCE Faculty:


The University holiday breaks are approaching.

As you aware the campus is closed November 25-28.  Please let us know NOW of
submissions that are planned between November 23 and December 1.

As you are aware, the campus is also closed 12/24-1/2, and on the days
before and after our "official" break we tend to have staff taking
additional earned vacation time.
Please let us know  of proposal submissions that are planned between
December 15 and January 15.  If at all possible, submissions scheduled for
12/20-23 should be completed the week of 12/13-17.  Additionally, if
submissions are scheduled for 1/3 or 1/4, these should also be reviewed and
primarily ready for submission (except for final content wording) the week
of 12/13-17.


Please contact Gerri (gupton at uh.edu) or Rudy (rrazo2 at central.uh.edu) with
your intended proposal submissions.


Our goal is to assist in getting these proposals delivered with quality and
in a timely manner.
