[CCoE Notice] Hurricane Season

Well, it's June and hurricane season.  You should update your emergency
contact lists for your faculty and staff in your department.  Faculty
should update their emergency list of their students as well.

 

If there is an emergency, Dr. Claydon and I are the college contacts and
the university will notify us.  

 

*         Dr. Claydon will notify the other Dean's and Department Chairs
with any instructions as it pertains to the emergency.

*         I will notify the Department Bs. Adm's and Directors with that
information as well.

 

Depending on the information, the department will need to notify the
faculty, staff and students as appropriate.

 

I will also send out the Engineering Business Continuity plan for your
use/information.
