ARRA Faculty and College Research Administrators,                        
           VERY IMPORTANT,

REVIEW INFORMATION

CAREFULLY

 

June 30, 2010 is the end of the next quarter for ARRA reporting and as 
we did last quarter, we will be providing the required quarterly 
reporting on your ARRA award to federalreporting.gov.  This report is 
due by July 10, 2010.

 

The purpose of this email is to remind you of this reporting requirement 
and to request that you send your 2,000 character report to me no later 
than Wednesday, June 30, 2010.....earlier would be appreciated.  

 

If you are travelling this summer, please make arrangements for this 
report to be submitted by the deadline.  You can have a post-doc 
complete the report or you can submit it before you travel.   Also, 
please check your email, if possible, for any updates from me or your 
sponsor.

 

Some of you may have received notices from your sponsor's program 
officer reminding you of the due date for this quarter.   Again, like 
last quarter, there will be no date extensions and we must submit the 
report on time.   If you do receive a notice from your sponsor, please 
forward those notices to me regarding the quarterly reports and I will 
review them to make sure that nothing in the sponsor's reporting schema 
has changed.

 

Attached is the document form that you should use for this quarterly 
report.  The form helps you stay within the character limit.    Please 
use this document, which counts the characters for you or if it does not 
work for you, you can just provide the information to me in an email, 
whichever is easiest for you.     The center part of the form will not 
allow you to put more than 2,000 characters into it.    Open this form 
and save it to your desktop, complete the information, and send it back 
to me by the deadline of June 30, 2010 (or before).   Some of you are 
fortunate to have more than one ARRA funded project.  Please complete 
one form for each project.
