Greetings to all students at the Colleges of Engineering and Natural Sciences.
We are thrilled to announce the official recognition of a new student chapter of the National Organization for the Professional Advancement of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers (NOBCChE) at the University of Houston. The organization focuses on providing networking opportunities, mentorship, and career development resources to its members, along with all other benefits available through the national NOBCChE community.

We invite all students with a background or interest in chemical engineering and chemistry related subjects, at all educational levels, to be a member of this trailblazing chapter. By joining, students will gain access to a supportive community and resources that will be invaluable throughout their academic and professional journeys. We encourage students from diverse backgrounds to join and support our mission of inclusivity and professional growth. Our faculty advisor is Dr. Jerrod Henderson from the Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering Department.
