The 39th OChEGS Symposium will take place on October 11th, 2024.

To ensure smooth planning and organization, we ask all students, faculty, and staff to fill out the sign-up form linked below. Completion of this form is mandatory for attendance at the symposium.

Within this form, students will be able to sign up for a poster. The deadline to become a poster presenter is September 20th.

Professors and faculty can sign up to volunteer for poster judging using this link as well. The deadline for this is October 10th. We will send a confirmation of poster judges starting September 30th.
