[ChBE-Grad] looking for a lost package

We received a package 2 weeks ago addressed to "Anthony Carpenter" (the vendor mistakenly put our UH Purchasing contact), our office signed for it but it is now missing.
Does anyone have a box from MDC Vacuum that doesn't belong to them? The product is an adapter for a flange and it was expensive. Please look around.
